All orders are shipped from the USA and processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

USPS Priority Mail – Delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days
- International
USPS Priority Mail International – Delivery in 6-10 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
My Beauty and Glow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you need any additional paper-word for customs clearance, you need to send us a request via email: contact@mybeautyandglow.com
For All buyers:
If the package is returned as unclaimed/wrong address/duties and/or taxes not paid/refused, if the customs authority denies the admission of the items to your country and returns the package to a sender and etc., we will charge 10% restocking fee and in this case the shipping cost is not refundable!
Cautions Policy
1. Use of cosmetics should be discontinued if any of the following occurs:
- Immediately contact your dermatologist, if you see any symptoms on your skin:
- in case of abnormalities such as red spots, swelling or itching during usage;
- if the affected area has the above symptoms due to direct sunlight;
2. Do not use in areas with scratches and/or areas with abnormalities such as eczema
and/or dermatitis.
3. If it gets into your eyes, wash immediately.
4. Storage Cautions:
- Keep out of reach of children;
- Store in refrigerator after opening.
5. This product is the best to be used in two weeks after opening.
6. Shake well before usage.
7. Don’t inject the ampoule with a syringe.
8. Don’t perform bleeding treatments.
